Leadership

Tess Reynolds, CEO, began her career in brand management and spent over 20 years in high-tech where she worked as a VP of Marketing, as a GM of a $150M business unit, and as a management consultant serving global technology companies. She has served on several nonprofit boards including Parents Helping Parents and Menlo Park Presbyterian Church. Tess has a B.A. from the Ateneo de Manila University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Don Scholp, Director of Finance & Administration, has over 20 years’ experience in accounting and finance. He began his career as a bank officer at Bank of America and Bank of the West, serving small and medium size businesses. He was a Controller for several for-profit companies and the Institute on Aging in San Francisco. He later worked as Director of Finance and Administration for The Family School, a youth-oriented job development agency, and as Finance Supervisor for a national missions organization. Don has a B.A. from Sonoma State University and an MBA from Almeda University.

Caroline Pappajohn, Enterprise Director, oversees New Door Ventures’ social enterprises. Caroline began her career as a Legislative Assistant for a U.S. Senator, then spent 10 years in high-tech, leading marketing and product management teams. She was co-founder and COO of an Internet start-up. She has 20 years of nonprofit volunteering experience and served on the boards of Hands On Bay Area and The Volunteer Center. Caroline received her B.A. and MBA from Stanford University.

Ciara Wade, Program Director, oversees our Youth Development programs and evaluation. She has 8 years of experience in youth development work, and extensive training and experience working with youth with emotional and mental health issues. She has a B.A. from Taylor University. Ciara is a credentialed trainer for the Community Network for Youth Development and is professionally trained in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, violence prevention, and youth/child development issues. Ciara was appointed to the San Francisco Youth Council, a body that advocates for the needs of youth to the Mayor of San Francisco. She also leads a subcommittee on federal legislation and policy for the San Francisco Youth Employment Coalition, and is regularly invited to advise other youth-serving organizations on program development.

Richard Lawless is General Manager of Ashbury Images. Richard has over 25 years of leadership experience in the printing industry. Previous to Ashbury Images, Richard was President and GM of Watermark Press from 1989 to 2005 and is credited with growing that business from under $1M to over $13M annually.

Steve Fiduccia is General Manager of Pedal Revolution. Prior to joining Pedal Revolution, Steve spent 4 years managing bicycle and snowboard shops in Colorado. Steve received his BFA degree from the Art Institute of Chicago. Steve is an accomplished graphic artist, photographer and painter.
